Katherine and Zach did an outstanding job selling my home. Even with several similar homes on the market in my neighborhood at the time, they helped my property stand out through smart pricing, excellent presentation, and beautiful staging. They were also extremely helpful coordinating contractors to take care of a few items that needed attention before closing and even jumping in personally to address some of the items as I was out of state (thank you Zach).
