I was so pleased with my experience selling a house with Katherine! I live out of state and she did a great job in coordinating with local repairmen and a house stager on my behalf, and kept me up to date with pictures and status of all the work. It was a relief knowing that she was genuinely working on my behalf to get my house in Redmond sold, and sold fast! She is a true professional with significant realtor experience in the Seattle metro area, and is also a pleasure to work with. I appreciated her working hard for me to get the best deal possible.
