Kate White was instrumental in helping us find our home in White Plains and I would definitely recommend her to someone looking to purchase in White Plains or the surrounding towns. Kate took the time to get to know us, understand exactly what we were looking for and was tireless in searching for the right home for us. She is very knowledgeable about White Plains and the neighboring towns, educating us and outlining the positives and negatives of each. When we finally decided on the exact neighborhood we wanted to live in, Kate was relentless, despite a low inventory and a competitive market, getting us in the house on the day it went on the market and handling the negotiations like a veteran. If it wasnt for Kate, Im sure wed still be looking for the right home! - Don & Danu
