Kate was wonderful to work with! She was very patient with us and showed us everything that we wanted to see. We were new to the area and she helped to orient us by telling us about local shops, restaurants, proximity to the train, and every other factor that was important to us. Kate is a go-getter who goes above and beyond to thoroughly assess a house with her clients interests in mind. She is honest, genuine, and truly values her integrity. Most importantly, we would not have found our house without her! She found us a home that had everything that we were looking for and that was not even listed online. Kate is an excellent real estate agent and I happily recommend her to anyone who is looking for superb service. - Tamara & Ryan
