Karl went above and beyond for us. He was able to take care of many details that we couldn’t since we had already moved away when our house was listed…. This even included buying tools to fix a minor leak! He has many connections in the field, and exceptional expertise and experience, which made the process seamless for us. I would recommend him to anyone!
