Karl is great! Karl was highly recommended by a friend who utilized his services for a corporate relocation. We utilized his expertise to help us locate and negotiate a purchase of a small home in Rockford for our daughter. We all knew the home needs a bit of fixing, but Karl also has provided great contacts for quality work/repairs at very reasonable rates, AND understanding those costs, helped us to negotiate the best price for us on the property, to allow us to do the repairs needed.
