I can’t recommend Karissa enough as a realtor! As first-time homebuyers in our early twenties, we were understandably nervous about the whole process. From the moment we started working with her, Karissa was incredibly supportive and patient, guiding us through each step. Her communication was outstanding; she was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. When it came to making offers and navigating the closing process, Karissa acted quickly and efficiently, ensuring we didn’t miss any opportunities. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we found our perfect cozy home without the stress we feared. We truly felt like we had a partner in this journey! She also knows so much more than her craft and educates herself in all aspects of a home. This helps tremendously when looking at a home for the first time and pointing out things to be aware of. It was an honor to work with someone who dedicates so much time into being a well rounded realtor. Pictured is the slice of heaven she helped us buy!
