We had an amazing time working with Karishma, Dhilip and the whole K2 team. Our good friends recommended working with Karishma for her data driven expertise and strong negotiation skills. She not only exceeded our expectations, but the whole team made the process for us as first time home buyers so smooth. Karishma and Dhilip make a great partnership and compliment their individual strengths really well. In a super competitive market where all the homes that met our preferences received multiple bids, we were very grateful to have them representing us. Ultimately we were able to buy a home in a location that we did not imagine was possible at the start of our search. Our offer was even more competitive thanks to the K2 team and their recommended mortgage broker who was just as excellent. We can't recommend Karishma and Dhilip enough!
