Raised in Naperville, Karen grew-up with a town that went from cornfields, to a place that is now nationally recognized for its prestigious school systems, safe community, and big city style. Voted best city to raise a family and second-best place to live, Karen (with a possible bias) wholeheartedly agrees. After marrying home builder Ken Wehrli, one of Naperville’s founding families, she has been exposed to every process of the home building experience for the 36 years that Ken has been in the business. With this exposure she has gained an insider’s perspective of the ever-changing housing market. Karen has a 36-year career in the vast growing technology industry providing solutions to Fortune 500 companies, state and local governments and higher education institutions. She worked her way up from roles of Customer Service and Project Management to senior Sales and Account Management positions and ultimately became the principal owner of a systems integration company. She attributes her successes in her ability to build strong customer relations, her proven integrity, and excellent follow-through. Karen is excited to use her life experiences as the foundation to follow her passion. That is to help clients with one of the most important and personal decisions of their life… buying and selling their home. Karen will thoroughly access client’s needs, research the market, educate the client, and negotiate the best price in order for the client to get the best value of the property. Karen is qualified, committed and ready to make her clients real estate journey an exceptional experience.
