Karen helped me dodge a bullet.  My heart was set on a house in Bel Air.  She researched the house thoroughly, and I learned why it had sat on the market so long.  Bad roof, cracks in the foundation, old HVAC and a few other things.  I'm glad that she shined a light on these things, I'm eternally grateful that she was looking out for my best interest.
