We were thinking about using an internet based real estate service to sell our rental property in hopes of saving some money on the transaction. Karen was referred to us by a good friend of ours who is in the real estate business and she has used Karen exclusively for all their personal real estate deals. Our selling experience with Karen reminded us of how important it is to get a full service agent in order to get the best value from the transaction while off loading the complexity of the process to an expert. She is hard working, has great instincts for the local Annapolis market, is easy to work with, and her attention to detail is such that you'll avoid all the pitfalls of a lesser attentive agent/service. We couldn't be more happy with the overall experience - thank you Karen!!
