When we made the decision to leave New York State and retire to Tennessee we didn’t know where in Tennessee or what we wanted in a new home.  We quickly found our way to Middle Tennessee and through a Realtor Referral process connected with Karen Giattino.  With Karen’s extensive experience in the realty business and knowledge of the local market we were able to narrow the “what” we were looking for.  Karen listened to our priorities and specific requirements, then presented us a wide selection of homes…posting them on-line so we could continue our search even while back in New York.  When we returned to Tennessee with a search list Karen was readily available to make contacts, provide direction and schedule showings. Always professional, always reassuring…and always willing to share a laugh. Once we found the home we were looking for, Karen guided us through the negotiating process to the signing of a contract quickly and painlessly and we found ourselves in a new state, a new home…with a new friend waiting there!
