I know most reviews will check out "very satisfied" pretty much automatically. I am not one of those. I just want to go on record to say that Karen Barone went well beyond the call of duty in the thoroughness and quality of her services. Her attention to detail was outstanding, her attitude invariably positive and, perhaps most important, her problem-solving skills superb. The best example would be this: I had some very serious last-minute problems with a (supposedly) pre-approved Wells Fargo mortgage which essentially fell apart at a very late stage. Without missing a beat, she immediately put me in contact with Ray Bahrani who was able to provide immediate first class help and solutions (and who deserves his own kudos for thorough professionalism). \r\nMy only comment and/or suggestion is: Don't lose her, she is a keeper!
