If you are questioning whether to use Julie as your realtor, stop questioning and sign the contract! Our house sold in THREE DAYS at full listing price, and we truly believe that was because Julie and her entire team knew exactly what they were doing from the very beginning. The photographer took beautiful photos that showcased our home perfectly, and the designer came in before we listed and told us exactly what she recommended we do to prepare the house. We followed every suggestion—and clearly, it worked! But what really sets Julie apart is her customer service. Julie will not leave you hanging. Customer service and Julie simply go hand in hand. She is kind, caring, responsive, and genuinely wants to do the very best job possible for her clients. You never feel like you are just another transaction to her. Our selling experience was wonderful, in large part because Julie and our buyer’s realtor both took pride in their careers and worked together to get things done. Unfortunately, our experience on the buying side was very different. The realtor representing the home we purchased was frequently unavailable and unresponsive—to the point that there were times we were genuinely concerned something might have happened to him personally. Julie, however, knew the house we had made an offer on was THE HOUSE for us, and she was not going to let someone else’s lack of responsiveness cost us our home. She stayed on top of everything, followed up relentlessly, problem-solved, and did what honestly felt like 98% of the work for both sides of that transaction. She took every measure available to her to keep things moving and make sure we got the house we loved. We are incredibly thankful for Julie. She didn’t just sell our old house—she helped make sure we got our new one, too. Having a realtor who truly cares about the outcome and is willing to go the extra mile makes all the difference. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, caring, hardworking, and truly invested in her clients, call Julie. And if you’re still wondering whether you should sign with her—stop wondering. Sign the contract! You’ll be glad you did.
