Meet Julie McGirr: Your Oak Ridge Real Estate AgentI am a real estate professional here at your Oak Ridge Allen Tate office. I specialize in the sale and purchasing of homes here in the Triad area. Prior to real estate, I was an executive assistant for a Federal Credit Union, an office manager of a local Investment Advisory firm and dedicated mother to my three sons. Why I'm DifferentI feel one of my greatest qualities is my ability to listen. As a trusted advisor, I am committed to understanding your goals and objectives. Whether buying or selling, first time homebuyers or savvy investor, a growing family or downsizing as an empty nester, I want to be that trusted partner. My commitment to each and every client is to be reliable, responsive, empathetic and competent to provide a memorable real estate experience. In My Free TimeI find time to be our most precious commodity and one that's non-renewable so I try to be present in every moment.
