We had a unique situation with a house that needed a lot of maintenance and was not ready to sell to an end buyer. It also required a lot extra effort and steps to remove contents from the house. Julie was tremendous walking us along through the process facilitating what was needed for each step along the way including getting quotes to help us find contractors and prepare to put the house up for sale. Julie was very responsive and accommodating, yet patient where at no time did we feel any pressure.
