Julie DeVita was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with in my life. I live in another state and was selling my mother's house in Pittsburgh. The house is old and there were challenges getting it ready for sale and also with the negotiations leading up to closing. I totally depended on her to help me through the process and she was there basically day and night, sometimes communicating when it was quite late in Pittsburgh. She visited the house many times to oversee inspections, arrange for contractors to fix problems. Berkshire Hathaway is extremely fortunate to have Julie working for them. She is one of only a handful of people I have ever met in my life that I will always remember and who will always welcome to my home when she visits my state. I absolutely couldn't have gone through this process without her and I will be eternally grateful.
