This was my third transaction with Julie Berger. I believe Julie is the best Realtor I have worked with, over a total of 14 transactions in my lifetime. Julie is the consummate professional, proactive and always keeps her commitments. Julie is a very good negotiator, understanding all the complications of the legal environment and how to navigate the emotions of the seller and buyer. I highly recommend Julie.
