Julie and Arnie Arnevick both did a great job from start to finish. Both are very knowledgeable and experienced which made the sale as easy as it could be for me. They were responsive to all of my requests and their advice was excellent involving the open house, the staging, recommended repairs and upgrades, determining the asking price, and maybe the most important, the negotiations. Julie and Arnie's skills and experience with the market were evident through the entire process and their assessments on everything involving the sale were correct.
