Julie Ann’s years of experience in Real Estate, and her knowledge of the Austin market, trends and overall guidance throughout our home buying process were first-rate. During an exhaustive property search, she provided an unmatched level of work ethic, patience and professionalism. We felt assured she had our best interests at heart from start to finish, her ability to negotiate and hold the home builder accountable was impressive. When complications threatened to delay closing, she did not let up until we were at settlement as scheduled. We love our new home and know we would not have gotten it for the price we desired without Julie Ann.
