Julia is an excellent realtor and advisor. We've relied on her for 3-4 rentals and each time she has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. She has guided us in making the right decisions each time, and has helped to make sure we're getting the best rental we can get at the right price. She's very thorough, quick and determined, and we couldn't be happier with everything she has done for us throughout the years. We hope our next step is buying a home, and without a doubt, we'll rely on Julia to make our homeownership dreams true!
