I've worked with Julia on many real estate transactions during the past decade both as a buyer and seller. She is a true professional! Prompt, organized, thorough, and knowledgeable! She really makes getting through all the details and task involved in buying/selling a property as stress free as possible. I always feel that Julia is working in my best interest and has help me win some tough negotiations. As a business woman myself, I love her direct but warm style of communication. She stays informed about market for buyers and sellers and through the years has given me invaluable advice. She is the only Realtor I would even consider using. I highly recommend working with her!
