Julia is the NICEST realtor you will ever meet, and she will go above and beyond to help you out. Knowing we were coming from out of state to look for a house, but also to get to know Delaware, she showed us all around, even taking the time to take us down to the beaches and introduce us to some of DE’s icons such as Wawa’s. When we had to return to Texas, she continued to help us out and handled everything regarding the purchase of our house remotely, including taking video, and arranging for lawn care, key delivery, and more. She continues thinking about us, keeping us apprised of valuations. We trust her so much we referred her to our other family members who are now Delaware residents as well!
