Buying or selling a house is an emotional and often difficult process for most people. We appreciated that Judy always kept us informed and quickly got back to us with answers to questions, paperwork, and updates. It is obvious to us that Judy is very experienced, and we felt safe knowing she was paying close attention to detail, paperwork, rules, laws, ordinances, even structural issues. She did more of the work so that we could do less worrying. So grateful to her for that.
