We interviewed Joyce Vos along with 2 other realtors prior to putting our house on the market. It was almost an instantaneous "she's the one" after our meet up that day. What did we like about her? Her overall demeanor, her positivity, her very obvious passion for the job, and especially her oft repeated phrase: " I will never lie to you; I'll always give you my honest opinion". And she delivered! Once we signed on, Joyce in essence became our "new best friend". Texting multiple times during the day, phone call at the end of the day, summaries, follow-ups, to-do lists, etc.
Her marketing skills are close to genius (seriously WOW), and she has the very best photographer. The most important part for us, though, ended up being when we got into a bit of a challenging situation: she gave us really smart advice, and was there for us every minute of negotiations. (She can be a bit of a bulldog). You will not find a better realtor than Joyce Vos
