Joy is very knowledgeable about the area and knows what homes are for sale that meats the buyers criteria. She’s fun to be with while driving from house to house. She has a keen eye and helpful on pointing things out both of interest and of problems she sees. She makes suggestions and is great at keeping you on task and on time. She’s very helpful with getting inspections and other services needed for the sale to take place. We’ll definitely recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a realtor.
