Joy Steverson was absolutely amazing. She assisted us very well and made our first time home buying experience unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the home and the market and the area etc. she helped us in submitting a very competitive offer on our home and credits. The loan officer was also impressed. She helped us score our dream home all while saving us some money. She also took care of absolutely everything on the back end and was working for our family even while we were on vacation for an entire week with minimal communication.
