Working with Josie was very pleasant, her knowledge of real estate and relocation was very good, especially in the area of foundation! We looked at several homes and I feel that she got a good idea of what I was looking for after about the first five homes we looked at. She responded quickly to a call/text. A few times I felt rushed looking at a home, but the overall experience was great. Josie met my expectations, and she actually exceeded as she had printed me out a great binder of all the correspondences between seller/buyer, agreements, repairs, closing and final documents, exceptional work!! Enjoyed getting to know her and it was a very exciting time with minimal work for me. Thank you for everything, Kelly Brand
