Josh was truly amazing to work with! From start to finish, he was so patient, kind, and easy to talk to. We never felt rushed or pressured — he always took the time to answer every question and made sure we fully understood each step. His communication was fantastic (we were two hours away from the location we purchased); he always kept us in the loop and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. Josh really knows his stuff, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients. Although we have already closed, he is still searching for a contractor for us to do some work. My son plans to use him to buy his first home soon! We’re so grateful for all his help and couldn’t imagine going through this with anyone else!
