To Whom it may concern, Joshua did an outstanding job representing his clients. He went out of his way to deliver their offer in person. He also had them personalize the offer with great letter. That effort got the them the home. There were higher offers but I knew this was the agent I wanted to work with. I would not hesitate to allow him to help you with your next home buying or selling transaction. Best Regards, Lee Olejko
