Our experience working with Josh was incredible. My husband and I recently purchased our home - and we could not have been happier. This was all possible because of the hard work, dedication, and patience that Josh had. We saw a lot of homes before deciding on this one - and Josh was there every step of the way. If we wanted to see a home, he immediately scheduled a viewing, and was always available. The process was all new to us (first purchase) and so we really did not know much about the home buying process, but Josh made everything very easy to understand. I was worried the process would be stressful, but thanks to Josh, it was very straightforward. I think the most important qualities for a realtor are honesty, transparency, availability, and good negotiation skills. Josh has all of that. I wish I could give him 100 stars. Thank you, Josh.
