Josh Moore continues to blow me away with the level of service, diligence, knowledge, and proactiveness he provides. I’ve worked with many realtors on buying / selling, and the separation between what Josh provides vs the others is vast. He takes the stress out of it while providing sound guidance and reasoning, and works so hard to ensure that you’re not having to think of what all needs to be done - because he’s already doing it.
