Josh was super helpful from day 1. He answered all my questions in a way that eas informative but easy to understand. He was very relatable and likeable, which I know are not always on peoples list when looking for an agent. He helped me to not only understand the process as a first time buyer but also the things to be aware of about each property and how that would impact the process moving forward.
