My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and Jose was fantastic throughout the entire process! We were initially looking for a larger place to rent when a friend suggested we give Jose a call to find out more about the first time home buyer program. Before our conversation, we had no idea that purchasing a home was even possible for us. Jose took the time to educate and motivate us, and when we found a home that we fell in love with, he worked very quickly to make sure nothing got in the way. Knowing how stressful the closing process can be, Jose was supportive every step of the way and made sure everything was going as smoothly as possible. Whenever he couldn't be there in person, his team stepped in and was great. Even after we closed on our house, he made sure to check on us and followed up to see how everything's going. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to purchase a home speak with him, especially if it's their first home and they need guidance. Our new home is a dream come true and we can't say thank you enough!
