Jonathan Mason exceeded my expectations through his total support of this sale. He was always responsive to me and to unforeseen issues that came up. He always discussed approaches and their pros and cons, made recommendations, and followed through on his agreed upon plan actions. He was always very professional in his suggestions and actions. The sale involved young tenants whose security and privacy I was concerned about; Jonathan paid special attention to the tenants relative to showings and inspections of the property. In summary, he did a 'Terrific Job' for me. I think of him as a trusted friend rather than just an agent.
