Working with Jon was an absolute game changer in our home buying journey. As self-employed buyers, we knew securing a loan and navigating the process would be more challenging, but Jon made it feel incredibly smooth from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always one step ahead. Jon understood the unique challenges we faced and worked closely with us and the lender to ensure everything moved forward without a hitch. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we are now living in our dream home, something we weren’t sure would be possible. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, especially if you’re self-employed or have any non-traditional hurdles, Jon is your guy. We couldn’t recommend him more!
