Joka Daly | MBA, Realtor® Howard Hanna Beverly Hanks - Waynesville Global Experience. Local Expertise. Data-Driven Results. Since entering the real estate industry in 2015 and joining the Howard Hanna Beverly Hanks Waynesville office in 2017, I have redefined what it means to be a local expert. I don't just show houses; I understand the very foundation of the Haywood County market. The Precision of a Business Mind With an MBA and a background in high-stakes international sales and PR-working for global giants like Expeditors , Denso , and L'Oreal -I bring a level of analytical rigor to real estate that is rare to find. I am a firm believer in the power of numbers. Whether I am conducting deep-market research or utilizing my seasoned negotiation skills, my goal is to ensure my clients make informed, profitable decisions. For me, "attention to detail" isn't just a phrase; it's a standard of practice. Building the Community, Literally My passion for real estate goes beyond the closing table. I entered this industry with a vision of development, and alongside my husband-a licensed contractor-we have successfully developed multiple spec-home neighborhoods throughout the area. This "boots on the ground" experience gives my clients an unfair advantage; I understand construction, land value, and potential in a way few others can. A World of Perspective, A Heart in Haywood Originally from a small mountain town in China, having lived in the mega city of Shanghai, later in Nagoya, Japan, I moved to Haywood County in 2009. While I speak Mandarin Chinese fluently and am proficient in Japanese , I have spent the last 15 years becoming more familiar with this county than many natives. I offer my clients a unique bridge between global perspective and local intimacy. When I'm Not Analyzing the Market... I believe a life well-lived is a life well-researched! I am a lifelong learner with a deep fascination for the natural world-from the science of mushrooms to the beauty of gemstones. At home, you'll find me: Creating: Whether it's through cooking, gardening, or arts and crafts. Exploring: Finding inspiration in the incredible nature that surrounds us here in Western North Carolina. Your Vision, My Mission If you are looking for an agent who is as enthusiastic about your goals as you are-and who has the data and experience to back it up-I would love to connect.
