Johnny is such a great agent and person. He helped me on 2 purchase in San Jose over the years of knowing him. He's really great at negotiating with the sellers and getting us great terms that made the purchases workout for us. We did a big 9 townhouse infill development project and he found us a great buyer for it. I'd definitely work with Johnny again in a heart beat. Johnny is super reliable and great at connecting us with what ever resources we need.
