John did an amazing job with the whole process of getting our input and expectation together to get the house listed. The presentation really made the house stand out from the rest. We unfortunately had a very unique situation occur with the buyer that John helped us navigate extremely well. His expertise played a pivoted role in getting us to the closing day. Communication was top notch and we never felt in the dark about any part of the process and updates. Would recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell their property!
