We have now used Long & Foster, and especially John Ryan, twice, and we couldn't be more satisfied. John has great people skills, knows the greater-Havertown market, and is very well connected with other housing and builder services in the community. We found that that translated into resourcefulness, great insights, and very accurate assessment of the marketability of the houses we bought and sold. In both transactions, the turnaround was quick, spot-on pricing, and satisfied results. We have been very pleased to work with John and Long & Foster.
