From start to finish, John Mausteller was by our side throughout the entire home buying process. John went above and beyond to video houses for us, drive by and take pictures, present the options that fit what were looking for, and did it all with urgency on his end so that we had everything we needed to allow us to make as quick of a decision as we wanted to make. He was never pushy or presented himself as being annoyed with the time it took to find a home...and it did take some time with us. He was engaged and got to know us on a personal level and learned what we needed so that he could make the best use of both of our time. He didn't present random homes he knew we wouldn't be interested in, and focused in directly on what we asked him to focus on. We were fortunate to find a home in the neighborhood we've always wanted to be in and even more fortunate to have been able to work with John throughout this process.
