I really don't know where to start. We were relocating from NJ to RI. Planned on staying in a hotel for a few weeks until we found a house or decided to rent for the short term and look at buying down the road. We had a personal connection to John and the search started. John was very responsive as we discussed potential home listings and prepared a list. Oh, we only had one day to visit RI and choose a house. Obviously a very stressful situation, but John handled it all with amazing confidence and professionalism. We arrived on a Saturday morning and had a plan to see 10-11 homes. Due to the hot market, some even had offers before we got there. John's patience and ability to balance all the showings was instrumental to keep on schedule. We finally found one house that fit most of our wish list and decided to make an offer. The sellers accepted a few days later. Since we were still living in NJ, John also met the home inspector, and helped to coordinate many other aspects of the closing process, even communication with all party's involved. It couldn't have gone any better. John is an amazing realtor who has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable. We felt everything was under complete control throughout the process. I would highly recommend John and his office to anyone looking for a home in RI. They are first class all the way!!
