John was great throughout the whole process. My purchase was very complicated. John was able to adjust to all of the changes and offered traditional and innovative solutions. He calmly moved ahead with each change and made sure everyone else was on the same page. Without John, my purchase would have fell through. He truly is one of the best and brightest in the industry.
