In my opinion John is an excellent realtor. He was very knowable about housing structure and appliances. He pointed out things he felt would need to be fixed or upgraded. Always kind and courteous and open to contact at all times. As we are new to the province and town of Blackfalds, he gave us contact references for any upgrades. We have not dealt with too many realtors but he is by far the best. John and Sarah O’Brien
