Joell was recommended by another realtor/friend. Selling the property in California, while living in Idaho was a challenging situation. She took on the responsibility and kept us up to date on every step. She met our listing date and closed within 5 days of the offer acceptance. Joell is amazing, professional, friendly and we could not be happier with the whole experience. We highly recommend her and her team.
