Joel helped me through every step of the home buying process! He made sure I felt comfortable during every step and answered all my questions throughly so I always knew what to expect next. He listened to me and found many homes that met all my necessities and were in my desired location. Even during this difficult period of the home buying market, he never let me give up and encouraged me that I would find the perfect fit for me, and I did!! I would recommend Joel to anyone looking for a realtor that they can trust and rely on to help them find their perfect home. It was an absolute pleasure working with him!
