This was a fully long-distance effort -- based on a recommendation from my first L&F realtor (Kay Yancy, now retired) I just trusted Joanne Ritchic with making the condo ready to sell. She checked in with me when the decisions were needed (and waited when I needed to check budgets) and then ran with the work.
