Working with Joan was not only fun but she brought her experience and insight to the upgrades we made in order to get it ready for sale. She brought her team of contractors from painter, carpet vendor, handyman and stone slab fabricator so we could quickly upgrade the townhouse is an value driven project. She likes to be hands on and even did a dump run for us on her own. I can say that Joan brings her professionalism, experience and tastes to the table on all the projects she works on. Respectfully, Brad Sturman.
