We found Jo to be an excellent realtor. She honed in on our needs and wishes right away and was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. She was prompt in responding to our inquiries as well as keeping us informed of all the multiple steps necessary in purchasing a home. In spite of being in the midst of the Christmas season, Jo arranged to have all the various requirements taken care of in a timely manner and with a good sense of humor. Jo went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us navigate everything from a distance and doing little extra things, like taking extra photos of the house contents for us. Working with Jo was an extremely pleasant experience, and I feel we have made a new friend in her in Green Valley.
