We moved from the east coast to the area at the end of October. Our plan was to check out the neighboring cities before buying our future home in the state. By the middle of January, we were ready to start the house hunting journey. We searched online and found Jing on Zillow’s Realtors list. We are not difficult but very particular about what we want in terms of size, condition and the price range. Jing sounded genuine and knowledgeable on the phone. She gave us her honest opinion on how realistic our goal was and some insights of the current market in the area. We were very choosy but Jing was super patient. She would provide suggestions and thoughts but was never pushy. Her goal was for us to find a home we love and to be very happy with. She once said there was no perfect house but in the end we did get one with her help. Jing was prompt in answering the phone and returning emails. She was always available. We wouldn’t have won the bidding war without her persistence and tireless efforts.
